Preparation

Melt butter in a hot pan, add diced John Dory, season with salt and pepper. When half cooked, add shrimps and mussels. Take the seafood out of the pan. Boil the remaining liquid till half evaporated, add the fresh cream and boil till the sauce becomes a little thick, add salt and pepper, mix seafood with sauce. Serve hot. Hmm delicious!!!
