Bring the milk and sugar to the boil in a saucepan. Blend the cornstarch, ground rice and mastic with 1/4 cup water and then stir in 3 tablespoons of the boiling milk. Add this mixture slowly to the boiling milk, add a pinch of salt, and stir constantly for 10 minutes until it thickens. Divide into individual bowls and sprinkle some of the sliced almonds and ground pistachio nuts over each . Hmm delicious!!!
