Chop the onions, slice the carrots and peppers and peel the garlic. Melt the butter in a saucepan and saute these together. Stir in the pepper paste and boiled beans, add half a cup of water. Cover and cook gently until the liquid has been absorbed, and then stir in the lemon juice. Pour into a serving dish and decorate with sprigs of parsley. Eat lukewarm or cold. Hmm delicious!!!
